Broccoli with Dijon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Saute the scallions, tarragon, dry mustard and garlic in oil.
  2. Remove from heat, whisk in the vinegar, water and Dijon. Season to taste.
  3. Dress the broccoli, plate and serve.
